Whew…Cousins ages 2, 3, 4 and 12 and don’t forget Lucky the puppy! Our goal was to get some nice shots of the four kids for Grandma for Mother’s Day. Little miss two years old had other ideas. Good thing she is so darn cute. It was hard to get a bad shot of her even if she wouldn’t smile or sit still. It actually became quite comical and I started taking shots of the three kids cooperating and her lunging toward the camera, just to capture the actual day. Also big proof to Grandma how much thought and effort went into her gift. Crazy afternoon, but also a lot of fun. Thank god everyone kept their sense of humor and no one got frustrated. Good job to the Mommy’s!

It was great to meet this family tonight. My friend Jon gave them a gift certificate to come for a newborn shoot as a gift when the baby was born. They said it was the best gift they received and Jon was their contractor! He recently finished a beautiful renovation on their home.

Baby ‘R’ was a little angel this morning. Mom found me on one of her friends Facebook pages! Thank you to all who mention me and direct your friends to the fan page. It really has helped tremendously. Baby ‘R’ is the youngest of four and the only girl. The big brother’s didn’t come today, but Daddy had his little girl pose with baseball stuff in honor of them. May as well get her used to it now. I was sure to do as many pink and girly pictures as I could think of.

Baby ‘C’ is 18 months old. She is the youngest of three. Mom has been so diligent with all three children, bringing them individually every 6 months for the first two years. I love watching them grow up. It was great to see them this morning.

It’s been been a while since I last saw this family. Big sister is now 3 and loves her new baby brother. We did shots similar to this when she was born. I really love the contrast of strong tattooed arms and newborn baby. He was such an angel. Beautiful and sleepy, my favorite.
