I love it when a newborn is so cooperative that I can finish the shoot in an hour! That’s how baby ‘W’ did it. Mom and Dad have already noticed that their son doesn’t go right to sleep as soon as he eats. So they fed him before they left. That doesn’t usually work very well, but it worked out great for baby ‘W’. He was the perfect little subject.

What a beautiful family. Big brother was super patient, cooperative and motivated by gumballs. Baby brother curled up and went right to sleep for me. We got a bunch of great shots.

It was so nice to meet this new family. This little guy was 3 weeks old, but he went right to sleep and let me pose him however I wanted. What a little angel.

Baby ‘J’ is 6 days old today. He did a great job curling up and going to sleep for pictures while his 4 year old twin sisters played upstairs with Daddy. The girls love their baby brother…but one of them wasn’t so fond of getting her picture taken. It took some time but she came around. It was really nice to meet this family today. I think both girls like pictures now. I hope to see them again.

Baby ‘M’ was just over 2 weeks old yesterday. He is a beautiful baby…but he screamed whenever I moved him. As long as the crying didn’t upset mom and dad (and I don’t think it did) I was fine with soothing him back to sleep. It gave me the opportunity to snuggle with him for a few minutes between poses. He always went right back out. We got great shots. Mom and dad were really easy going. Baby ‘M’ is a lucky boy.
