Completely normal for a one year shoot when the baby is walking this well.  Daddy brought his ukulele for the newborn session and brought it back for the one year old session.  Sock monkey’s were the birthday party theme.  I picked up a mini barrel at a tag sale a few weeks ago.  I have been kicking a round an idea for a barrel of monkeys and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try it… if only he would have kept the sock monkey hat on for that shot.  At least we got a shot of it on him with his cup cake.  He looks so darn cute in it.  I’m gonna work on getting a few sizes of that in the studio.  Mom was the first to use her gift certificate prize from the contest. What perfect timing for her.  It was great to see everyone again!  I’m sorry to say the two year old session will probably be just as crazy, three will be a little easier though… Maybe we should do next year’s session on location outside somewhere.
